Delivery Option:
A base call-out fee $45 applies for up to 5 km from our base in Northpark, Auckland. Travel surcharge $3.50 per km applies thereafter (we use Google Maps to determine the total travel distance in kms)
This includes to-and-fro on site delivery and collection/pick-up after the event.
Chafing Dish Hire
Standard hire period is four (4) days which means you can collect on Friday and return on Monday for those weekend events.
Collection time on Fridays, between 5PM-8PM.
Return time on Mondays, between 5PM-8PM.
Your order confirmation and a valid ID (e.g. driver's license, passport) will be needed as a bond, upon order pick-up.
NOTE: HOT/BOILING WATER must be used to fill the water bath/pan before lighting the chafing gel fuel, otherwise it will not heat up the food.
